The final NXCCA rankings were released on Friday following districts and the Chadron girls dropped once again, falling from 7th to 10th this week.
The Cardinals were runners-up to McCook at the C5 meet in Ogallala on Thursday and are making their 4th straight team trip to the state meet in Kearney next Friday.
Lincoln Christian took over the top spot while Auburn stayed at 2nd. Previous #1 McCook fell to #3.
Douglas County West and Wayne round out the top 5.
