The Chadron High softball team swept a double header at Bayard on Thursday night by the scores of 14-6 and 18-3.
Much like the first two meetings between the teams, Chadron took advantage of 15 walks in the opener and only produced four hits in bringing across their 14 runs.
Cali Hendrickson, Avrielle Sager, Jacey Turman, Sarah LeBere, Chloe Wright and Brooklyn Hoffman all accounted for an RBI.
The same story played out in the 2nd game with Chadron walking 12 times and Hendrickson, Sager and LeBere brought in 3 RBI’s a piece.
The Cardinals improve to 10-7 on the season and travel to Imperial today for a double header against Chase County starting at 3:30 pm.
