Chadron High’s Jazzy Munyiri has signed her letter of intent to run track at William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri.
Munyiri was a member of the state qualifying 4x800m relay team that took 2nd place at the B-6 district meet last May. She also placed top 8 in the high jump multiple times her Junior season including four top 5 finishes.
William Jewell is an NCAA division 2 school that competes in the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
The Cardinals will also be under the direction of a new head coach as the school announced Rayshawn Walker to lead the program back in July. Walker previously served as an assistant coach.
