Funeral services for 28-year old Chance Schultz are Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 1:00 at the Gordon Auditorium in Gordon, NE, with Jerry Schultz officiating.
Cremation will follow the services with burial at a later date.
A one-night wake service starts Friday, May 19, at 3:00 at the Gordon Auditorium

Chance Cole Schultz was born on March 21, 1995 in Rapid City, SD to Walter Schultz and Alice (Forster) Schultz. Chance made his journey to the Spirit World on May 15, 2023 at the Gothenburg Health Hospital in Gothenburg, NE.
Chance is survived by his parents Walter and Alice Schultz; siblings Tristen Schultz, Warren Danyel Schultz and Megan (Andrew) Aden, all of Gothenburg, NE; James (Alex) Schultz of Blacksburg, VA; and Angel Lewis of Kearney, NE; grandparents Melvin Forster of Gordon and Josephine Richards of Denby, SD; aunts Brenda (Duane) Shepherd of Moorefield, NE, Cheryl (Michael) Calitri of Gordon, and Alice (Bennett) Sierra of Pine Ridge, SD; uncles Jerry (Evelyn) Schultz of Gothenburg, Earl Forster of Gordon, Donald (Hokas) American Horse of Rushville, NE, Eugene American Horse of Grand Island, NE, and George American Horse of Denby, SD; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Chance was preceded in death by his grandparents Geraldine American Horse and Walter and Joyce Schultz.
