The Chadron City Council last night recognized 6 employees who reached employment milestones during 2021.
Honored for 5 years of service with certificates were Public Works clerk Nicole Forney, Dustin Glass of the Street Department, and Police Sgt Chelsey Stolley.
Handi-bus driver Merlyn Chambers, who could not attend, and Library Director Rosesella Tesch were cited for 20 years with the city, and HR Director Bev Bartlett was recognized for completing 30 years as a Chadron employee. They received plaques.
All 6 will be celebrated this morning with a reception from 9:30-10:30 at City Hall with everyone invited to stop by.
