Crawford head football coach Trent Grizzle has informed Chadrad Sports that Friday’s season finale football contest between the Rams and Banner County has been cancelled.
Grizzle says coaches and administrators within the Banner County program cited injuries and a lack of numbers.
This is the 2nd game this year that Crawford has lost due to forfeit after Edgemont took away the Rams season opener, not fielding a football team this year.
The Rams and Grizzle, the first year head coach, end the year at 4-4.
I was always under the impression that if the other team forfeits, that is a win for you.
