Funeral services for 49-year old Delores Faye Puckett are Monday, October 11, 2021 at 3:00 at the St. Stephen’s Catholic Church in Kyle, SD, with Fr. Ron Seminara, S.J., officiating and traditional Lakota Services by Mr George Apple and announcer Mr Reginald Little Killer
Burial is at St Stephen’s Catholic Cemetery in Kyle
A wake service will be held Sunday, October 10, from 12:00 – 3:00 PM, also at St Stephen’s Catholic Church in Kyle.
Delores Faye Puckett “Ana Wizipi Win” was born on May 3, 1972 to Oscar Jealous of Him Sr and Florida (Young Bull Bear) Jealous of Him. Delores made her journey to the Spirit World on October 4, 2021 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Delores is survived by her husband, Glenn Puckett; children, Samantha (Kenny) Puckett-Hill and Jessica Elaine (Clayton Faubion) Puckett; mother, Florida (Young Bull Bear) Jealous of Him; siblings, Sharon (Reginald) Little Killer, Flora (Rick) Puckett, Lori (Bryan) Cuny, April (JR) Nelson, Denise Wounded, Edwin Waters, Regaleen Little Killer, Tonya Lenora Cuny; grandchildren, Alexander Royce Good Weasel, Jace James Hill, Kay Lynn Hill, Kylie Hill, Rylan Kent Cuny, Liliyah Arredondo, and Logan McClosky; and her dog “Tiny” that she loved so much!
Delores was preceded in death by her father, Oscar Jealous of Him Sr; father-in-law, John Puckett; brothers, Duane Jealous of Him, Christopher Jealous of Him, Oscar Jealous of Him Jr, Franklin Jealous of Him Sr, and Everette Jealous of Him Sr; and grandparents, Paul Young Bull Bear, Rose (Morrison) Young Bull Bear, Franklin Jealous of Him, Agnes (White Face) Jealous of Him, and Larry Bush.
