Funeral services for 22-year old Duran Thunder Hawk are Friday, June 11, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the Creators Fellowship Church in Sharps Corner near Kyle, SD, with Pastor Chad Deible officiating.
Burial is at the Body of Christ Cemetery in Porcupine, SD
Duran Ray Thunder Hawk “Wanbli Panke Ska” was born on May 27, 1999 in Pine Ridge, SD to Tonya Thunder Hawk and Richard Giago (Hunka). Duran made his journey to the Spirit World on June 8, 2021 in Pine Ridge, SD.
Duran is survived by his mother, Tonya Thunder Hawk; Hunka father, Richard Giago & family; daughter, Averi; siblings, Shawin Thunder Hawk, Mahpiya Thunder Hawk, Tio Skyberg, and Alicia Thunder Hawk; Hunka mother, Randi Morrison; grandmother, Belva Thunder Hawk; and grandfather, Garrett Wounded Head.
Pallbearers will be Creator’s Fellowship Staff, Michael Brave, and Joe Black Crow.
Honorary pallbearers will be All Friends & Relatives.
