Edwin Rafel Brewer was born on August 3, 1949 in Pine Ridge, SD to Philip Brewer and Evelyn (Twiss) Brewer. Edwin made his journey to the Spirit World on January 27, 2022 at his home near Sharp’s Corner, SD. He was a veteran of the U-S Army.
Edwin is survived by his spouse, Karen Brewer; daughter, Candace Heminger; siblings, Rose LaRose, Ellen LaRoche, and Donalda Brafford; and grandchild, Alexix Heminger.
Edwin was preceded in death by his parents, Philip and Evelyn Brewer; sisters, Cecilia White, Carol Wright, and Myrna Brafford; and brothers, Philip Brewer, Jr., Cecil Brewer, Donald Cottier, John Brewer, and Alden Brewer.
Pallbearers will be Alden Brewer, Troy Wright, Daniel LaRoche, Cetan Cournoyer, Ben Comes Flying, and Mervin Comes Flying.
Honorary pallbearers will be all Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Family, & Friends.
