Burial is at the Youngman-Afraid of His Horses Family Cemetery in #4 Payabya Community, SD.

Lillian Grace (Tobacco) Waters “Pte San Win” ~ White Buffalo Calf Woman~ was born on March 13, 1946 in Pine Ridge, SD to Iva Black Elk and Rudolph Tobacco. Lillian made her journey to the Spirit World on January 28, 2022 at her home in the #4 Payabya Community, SD.
Lillian is survived by her children, Iva Good Voice Flute, Preston Good Voice Flute, Candice Good Voice Flute, and Harold Good Voice Flute Jr; significant other Bud Waters; Takojas, Tia Groover, Stacee Watters, Gracie Good Voice Flute, Diamond Good Voice Flute, and Laramie Good Voice Flute; sisters, Goldie Tobacco, Esther Black Elk, and Lisa Jo Walker; numerous nieces and nephews; and her furry chihuahua friend, Boomer.
Lillian was preceded in death by her mother, Iva Black Elk; father, Rudolph Tobacco; brothers, Abraham Tobacco, Ole Tobacco, and Antoine Peter Tobacco; sister, Eva Jane Tobacco; and nieces, Tanya Tobacco and Iris Tobacco.
Pallbearers will be Cole Fast Wolf, Mike Warrior, Chance Chief Eagle, Wade Good Voice Flute, Kelly Shangreaux, Ben Black Elk, Willie Wounded, Jr., Brian Starr, Laramie Good Voice Flute, and Jordan Tobacco.
