Federal authorities are offering a $5,000 reward for tips leading to an arrest the person who set fire to a planned abortion clinic in Casper – and there’s video of a suspect.
Casper police have released security cam video showing a masked woman in a hooded shirt inside the building being remodeled to house the Wellspring Health Access clinic.
The reward for information leading to an arrest is being offered by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
The clinic, which would be the only facility of its kind in Wyoming, was scheduled to open in the next week or two, but Wellspring Health said Wednesday that the fire has delayed the opening by around six months.
Pray it never opens.
