The Chadron Men’s Ecumenical Lenten Breakfast series wraps this Saturday back where this year’s meals began – the United Methodist Church at 9th and Shelton.
All men are invited and serving starts at 8:00 am. The breakfast is free, but free-will donations are gladly accepted. All donations received are distributed at the end of the series to local charities such as food pantries.
This is the 6th breakfast this year with Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church, the First Baptist Church, Northfield Church, and the First Congregational Church. About a dozen churches have been represented with an average attendance of 35-to-40..
This is the 3rd year for the Chadron Men’s Lenten Breakfast program. It was started to give Christian men in the local area a chance to come together to fellowship and network while celebrating the Easter season.
