Florien Elvira (Respects Nothing) Taylor “Wawokiye Win” was born on February 25, 1926 at home in Grass Creek, SD to George Respects Nothing and Rose Bird Necklace. Florien made her journey to the Spirit World on May 7, 2023 at her home in Rapid City, SD.
Florien is survived by her children Gloria Eastman, Everett H Eastman Jr, and Georgianne Eastman; grandchildren Damian & Jennifer Stedman, Kendra & Tye Kjeldgaard, Christina & Matt Larson, Everett Eastman, Christina Eastman, and Andrew Eastman; great-grandchildren, Talys Whirlwind Horse, Jaspur Stedman, Madesi Stedman, Sequoia Stedman, Zoe Stedman, Lilly Stedman, Levi Whirlwind Horse, Kya Kjeldgaard, Shea Kjeldgaard, Eva Kjeldgaard, Kay Kjeldgaard, Eden Larson, Isabella Larson, Atlas Larson, Andrea Eastman, Gus Eastman, Louis Black Bear, Anna Black Bear, Lakota Black Bear, and Vera Black Bear; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Florien was preceded in death by her parents George Respects Nothing and Rose Bird Necklace; spouse George Taylor; brother Woodrow Respects Nothing; sisters Hildegarde Catches, Doris Respects Nothing, and Velma Janis; and daughter Sharon Dee Eastman.
