Former Chadron High and Chadron State assistant volleyball coach Kim Davis was recently named the head coach at Riverton High School in Wyoming. Davis also had a short stint leading Hay Springs.
Davis returns to a state that she was dominant in as a head coach, leading Wheatland to eight state championship game appearances while winning it all four times in 12 years. She was the Wyoming 3A coach of the year four times.
Riverton has missed the past two state tournaments following a 4th place finish in 4A in 2019.
