Gerald is survived by son Jared and wife Pam, children Jessica and Ryan; daughter Gwen Lickteig and husband Chris, children Courtney and Arron; sisters Joann Foreman, Charlyn Pyle, and Loreen Nadobny; and several nieces and nephews.
