Funeral services for 43-year old John Nuno of Chadron, NE, are Monday, August 1, 2022, at 10:00 at Chamberlain Chapel in Chadron.
A reception will follow at the Country Kitchen Restaurant in The Winery with refreshments and a cash bar.

John Paul Nuno was born in California on August 5, 1978, to Roberta Parra and Juan Pablo Nuno. He died at Chadron Community Hospital on July 25, 2022, less than 2 weeks shy of his 44th birthday.
John spent part of his childhood in California and moved to Gordon in his formative years.
He met and married Melissa Dixon and to this union were born two children, David and Sierra. The union was dissolved and John met and married his second wife, RaeLynn Nuno. Chance was born. John had a 3rd wife and three children were born to this union.
John was a free spirit who spent his adult years chasing happiness in whatever form he could find it in, often getting into trouble in the process. He loved fiercely and tended to hate just as much. Most everyone who met John loved and respected him.
John recently reconciled with his second wife, RaeLynn, to give love and happiness another go. He was able to purchase a partnership in Country Kitchen. His partners – Wes, Zach, and Kate – were like family to him, as were their employees.
John will be missed by most who knew him.
John leaves to mourn his mother and father, brother Harry, significant other RaeLynn Nuno, children David Nuno, Chance Nuno, and Sierra Nuno, and by grandchildren Nahlaya, Aaron, Grayson, Julianna, unborn baby boy Kanyon, and Echoe.
