A one-night wake service starts Tues, Nov 8, at 2:00 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church with evening services starting at 7:00
Joseph Leon Charging Crow was born on October 23, 1949 in Pine Ridge, SD to Samuel Charging Crow and Daisy (Gay) Charging Crow. Joseph made his journey to the Spirit World on November 4, 2022 in Kyle, SD.
Joseph is survived by his sons, Rondelle Charging Crow and Creighton Charging Crow, both of Kyle, SD, and Waylon Criss Charging Crow of Orlando, FL; brother, Wilbur Witt of Kyle, SD; grandchildren, Hailey Charging Crow and Matthew Charging Crow; and the long-time Love of his life, Victoria Featherman.
Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Daisy (Gay) Charging Crow; sister, Charlotte Rouillard and Ruth Charging Crow; brothers, Andrew, James, Isaac, Carl, Roy, Theodore, and Robert Taylor Charging Crow; and nephew, Bryant Rouillard.
Pallbearers will be Duane Spotted Eagle, Pete Gay, Adam White Eyes, Jr, Louis Vocu, Rayvonn Rosales and Reginald Little Killer.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Charging Crow Families, Witt Families, Gay Families, Few Tails Families, Tallman Families, Iron Crow Families, Brave Heart Families, and all friends & relatives.
