Graveside services for 41-year old Kaylynn Lovejoy are Friday, Feb 4, 2022 at 11:00 at the Gordon City Cemetery in Gordon, NE, with Pastor Sherman officiating.
Viewing services were held Sunday, January 30, at the Sioux Funeral Home in Pine Ridge, SD.
Kaylynn Grace Lovejoy was born on January 31, 1980 in Pine Ridge, SD to Wayne American Horse and Dolores Lovejoy. Kaylynn made her journey to the Spirit World on January 21, 2022 at her home in Gordon, NE.
Kaylynn is survived by her daughters Jewel, Jillian, Brenna, and Becca American Horse; mother Dolores Lovejoy; sister, Maryanne Lovejoy; brother, Mike Lovejoy, Tyrone Lovejoy, and Troy Westin; aunts Linda Gambica and Pat American Horse; cousins Kyle Barnes, Rob American Horse, Robert Hummerl, Taryn American Horse, and Nick American Horse; and nephews Jasper Kelso and Hendriz Martin.
Kaylynn was preceded in death by her father Wayne American Horse; aunt Evelyn Yellow Hawk; grandmother Margeret Bird Head-American Horse; grandfather Vern American Horse; great-grandmothe, Lucy; and great-grandfather Sam.
Pallbearers will be Emil American Horse, Kyle Barnes, Robert Hummel, Cameron LaDeaux; Derek Anderson, Daniel White Face, Dylan White Face, Damian White Face, Andrew Thorsen, and Garould White Face.
Honorary pallbearers will be all friends & family.
