Ketrin Noelle Monroe was born on June 12, 1989 in Pine Ridge, SD to Charles and Marla Poor Bear. Ketrin made her journey to the Spirit World on November 11, 2022 at the Pine Ridge I.H.S. Hospital in Pine Ridge, SD.
Ketrin is survived by her parents Marla & Charles Poor Bear, fiancé Bryson Brown; daughter Jessica Brown; sons Devin Brown and Jesse Monroe; siblings Lester Monroe, Joel (April) Eastman Jr, Clayton Two Crow, Erikka (Kalo) Garrett, Beau Duran, and Alexandria (Asay) Old Horse; nieces & nephews Jacelyn, Jaren & Alessa Brown, Mariah Two Crow, Dominic, Essence, & Malik Eastman, Keyah Garrett, and AJ & Elsie Old Horse; and grandson Josiah Eastman.
Ketrin was preceded in death by her parents Pearl & Gerald Monroe; grandparents Bertha Grass Rope, Theresa Featherman, Sophie Takes War Bonnet, Georgianna Has No Horse, Effie Kills In Water, Emerson Two Crow, Alvin Has No Horse, Bernard One Horn, Willard One Horn, and Melvin Kills In Water; aunts Rhoda Palmer, Olivia One Horn, Lola One Horn, Jane One Horn, and Goldie Charging Crow; uncles Cleveland & Chris One Horn, Lewis One Horn, Willard One Horn Jr, Edwin & Eric Kills In Water; cousins Russell Has No Horse, Roman Palmer, Jenny & Ashley Two Crow, Martika Spoonhunter, and Danielle Good Voice Elk; and nephew Baby Brayden Duran.
