The 45th Main Street Arts and Crafts festival kicks off its three day run in Centennial Park on North Main Street in Hot Springs today. The event came to be in 1976 as a way to showcase local and regional artisans as a feature during the US Bicentennial.
The weekend includes music, hand crafted items, plenty of food, and fun for all ages.
Exhibitors will run from noon to 6:00 pm today, 10-6 on Saturday , and 10-3 on Sunday.
Sidewalk chalk art will take center stage on Saturday and taekwondo and native american dance will be showcased on Sunday afternoon.
