All Chadron Middle School and High School students are again getting Chromebooks from the school to use this year, but they need to attend a special orientation program with a parent or guardian this week or next to receive it.
The school is offering the program 8 times, at 5:00 and 6:15 on 4 different days – today, Thursday, next Monday and next Tuesday.
Any student not able to make one of the sessions will need to schedule an appointment with the Chadron school district Technology Office, and they will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The number to call is 432-0718.
Any Chadron High School or Middle School student planning to use their own Chromebook, laptop, or iPad also needs to attend one of the sessions for important information about digital citizenship and acceptable use.
Any student who doesn’t attend one of the sessions won’t have access to the high school wifi for their personal devices.
