Funeral services for 47-year old Paul Walking are Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at 2:00 at the Lula Walking residence in the Cheyenne Creek Community of Pine Ridge, SD, with Pedro Sharpfish leading a prayer service and traditional Lakota services by Jack Red Cloud, Marcus Red Cloud, James Red Cloud, and Henry Red Cloud
Burial will be at the White Dress/Walking Family Cemetery in Cheyenne Creek
A one-night wake service starts Monday, May 24, 2021 at 1:00, also at the Lula Walking residence in Cheyenne Creek

Paul Wayne Walking was born on January 28, 1974, in Pine Ridge, SD to Richard Walking, Sr., and Lula Red Feather. Paul made his journey to the Spirit World on May 14, 2021 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD
Paul is survived by his mother, Lula Walking, daughters, Tiana, Kimberly Walking, and Alana Andrews, granddaughter, Kyriss Walking Eagle and unborn grandson; siblings Katie (Paul) Returns from Scout, Mary Walking, Linda (Robert) McClung, Cody (Kelsey) Walking, Larry (Lavonne) Walking, Joey (P.J.) Walking, Richard (Baloria) Walking, Jr., Cyrus (Rochelle) Walking, Tony Walking, Stanley Walking, Darrell (Wanda) Walking; uncles Paul White Dress, Paul, John, George, Phillip Red Feather; aunt, Delilah White Dress, Thelma , Loretta Red Feather, Mary Martinez, Linda Garcia.
Paul was preceded in death by his father, Richard Walking, Sr.; brother. Lester Walking, Sr.; aunt, Adele “Peggy” White Dress’ niece, Ashley Returns From Scout; cousins Lisa Red Feather and Julian Garcia.
