Authorities in Rapid City are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 21 year old woman.
Police say that Lacey Nickel of Box Elder was last seen in downtown Rapid City at around 4pm on Tuesday. Nickel was last wearing dark colored pants along with a black hoodie over a blue shirt.
Police say that Nickel has a diminished capacity to care for herself which is the reason over the concern for her safety.
Anyone with information about here whereabouts is asked to contact police immediately.
