New Pennington County Sheriff Brian Mueller is in Washington, DC, for President Joe Biden’s State of the Union address tonight as a guest of South Dakota Congressman Dusty Johnson.
Johnson, a 3-term Republican, has also invited Moody County Sheriff Troy Wellman to attend the speech in the U-S Capitol.
Sheriff Mueller hopes the President highlights border security and the influx of fentanyl into the U-S, which he says has a direct impact on the crime rate in Pennington County.
