Skarlett Rain Two Bulls, “Wakiyan Luta Winyan” was born and passed away on June 15, 2022 in Green Bay, WI to Rachel Maste Win Two Bulls.

Skarlett is survived by her mother, Rachel Maste Win Two Bulls; father, Frank Joseph Benson, Jr.; aunts, Jesse Big Crow, Ana Alvarez, Gladys Robert, Billie & Danea Rivetti, and Shannon Muir; uncles, Luis Alvarez, Dayton J. Two Bulls, David Two Bulls, James & Manny Arivso-Two Bulls; siblings, Austin Kelly, Jr., GerRaya Danforth, Isabella Benson, Quaiden Benson, and Izek Benson; maternal grandparents, Sonja Two Bulls and Sylvester Two Bulls, Sr.; and paternal grandparents, Janice Vigil, and Frank “Joe” Benson, Sr.

Skarlett was preceded in death by her great-great grandparents, Matt & Nellie Two Bulls; great grandparents, Minerva Blacksmith, Matt “Suba” Two Bulls, and Charles Donahue; grandmother, Kimberly Two Bulls; aunt, Kari Ann Bull-Benson; uncles, Anthony Thin Elk, Jude Thin Elk, and Sylvester Two Bulls, Jr.; and sister, Chanel Rose Kelly.

Pallbearers will be Beau Dreamer, Semni Big Crow, Cetan Big Crow, Dayton J. Two Bulls, and Yakima Thin Elk.

Honorary pallbearers will be Michael & Christina Armenta, Tim & Nikki Kornetzke, Jaye Dreamer, Ruthie Dreamer, Sunshynne Dreamer-Catches, Bess & George Dreamer, North Ridge #19 Dreamers, St. Vincent Labor & Delivery-Green Bay, WI, and All Friends & Relatives.

Family and friends will meet at Sioux Funeral Home at 10:00 AM, Thursday, June 30, 2022 and will leave in procession to the Red Shirt Table at 10:30 AM.

Funeral Services: 11:30 AM, Thursday, June 30, 2022 at the 7th Day Adventist Cemetery in Red Shirt Table, SD with a meal to follow services at the burial site.
