Alliance defeated Chadron 5-3 in the championship game of the B7 area tournament on Tuesday night.
Other first round games pit Plattsmouth against Wayne, Hickman meets Lincoln Christian and host Wahoo battles Broken Bow.
Imperial, who took down Sheridan County in the C7 championship, is the western most team in the Class C tourney field in Creighton and opens up with Tri-County on Saturday.
Pender meets PWG, Malcolm plays Wakefield, and DCB matches up with Creighton.
The Class B and C area Senior tournaments get underway next Friday with the B7 at Ogallala and the C7 at Sheridan County.
