Graveside services for 54-year old Timothy Twiss are Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 11:30 at the St Ignatius Catholic Cemetery in Wanblee, SD, with lay minister Johnny Wilson officiating.
A one-night wake service begins Friday, October 15, at 3:00 at the Eagle Nest CAP Office in Wanblee with evening services at 7:00.
Timothy Lyle Twiss was born on January 29, 1967 in Pine Ridge, SD to Robert Charles Twiss and Gloria Rose (Donald Cottier, Sr.) Lakota. Timothy made his journey to the Spirit World on October 5, 2021 in Denver, CO.
Timothy is survived by his siblings, Barb Twiss, Roberta Twiss, Jonathon Twiss, Donald “Donny” (Cole)Cottier, Jr., and Tiffany Cottier.
Timothy was preceded in death by his parents, Gloria R. (Lakota) Cottier & Robert C. Twiss; and brother, Mike Lakota.
Pallbearers will be James Means, Corey Twiss, Henry Twiss, Lane Twiss, Latasha Twiss, Orville “OJ” Reddest, Owen Reddest, Colby Von Cottier, Damien Cottier, Andrew Pebeshey, Dale Sitting Up, Terrance Pumpkin Seed, and Roger Red Elk, Jr.
Honorary pallbearers will be All Friends & Relatives in Denver, CO.
