Warriors Crush Guernsey-Sunrise

The Sioux County girls finished up their regular season with a 63-8 win over Guernsey-Sunrise Thursday ahead of sub-district action.

Behind four treys in the opening quarter – three by Kailey Klein – the Warriors went up 20-4 early. They netted 31 points in the second quarter, including 12 from Beth Krein and a seven of 12 showing from the line. Up 51-6 at the break, the Warriors’ younger players took over in the second half and added 12 more to the scoreboard.

Sioux County was led by Klein’s 13 points and Krein’s 12.
