William Lester Lone Hill Jr was born on February 26, 1964 in Pine Ridge, SD to William Lone Hill Sr and Sophia (Few Tails) Lone Hill. William made his journey to the Spirit World on May 28, 2024 at the Pine Ridge I.H.S. Hospital in Pine Ridge, SD.
William is survived by his children Kyle Lone Hill, Isabella Lone Hill, and Skyler Lone Hill; brothers Donovan Lone Hill and Dana Lone Hill; sisters Donette Lone Hill, Tanya Lone Hill, and Sarah Running Hawk-Whirlwind Horse; uncle Leonard Few Tails; god-daughter Myella Iron Crow; special grandchildren Avery Apple, Woody Laramie, and Elyza Prairie; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
William was preceded in death by his parents William Lone Hill Sr and Sophia (Few Tails) Lone Hill; sister Deann Lone Hill; paternal grandparents Lester and Eva (White Thunder) Lone Hill; maternal grandparents John & Lydia Few Tails; aunts Tina Lone Hill, Mamie Standing Elk, and Annie Kills Right-Lone Hill; and uncles Enoch Lone Hill, Chris Lone Hill, Donald Kills Right, Curtis Few Tails, John Few Tails, Louie Few Tails, and Malcolm Lone Hill.
