A two-night wake service starts Thurs, Jan 25, at 2:00 at the TNT Center in Wanblee with evening services at 7:00 each night.
Burial is in the Red Kettle Family Cemetery in Wanblee

Bernadine Jessie Red Kettle was born on Feb 17, 1950 in Kadoka, SD to Burgess Red Kettle and Isabelle (Chipps) Red Kettle. Bernadine made her journey to the Spirit World on Jan 13, 2024 at the Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD.
Bernadine is survived by her daughter Leslie (Tim Brewer) Huapapi; sisters Mabel Red Kettle, Mae White Bull, Sylvia Brown, Rose Standing Bear, and Faye Lamay; brother Melvin White Bull; grandchildren Jenna Huapapi, Kerea Huapapi, Jeremy Huapapi, Brandi Brewer, and Jesse Brewer; nephew Rick Brandt; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, & nephews.
Bernadine was preceded in death by her parents Burgess Red Kettle and Isabelle (Chipps) Red Kettle; brothers John Red Kettle, Ambrose Red Kettle, and Joseph Red Kettle; sisters Lorraine Red Kettle, Grace Few Tails, Norma Red Kettle, and Nonabah Red Kettle; and grandson Clinton Huapapi.
Pallbearers will be Curt Quiver, Cason Bettelyoun, Mason Hawkins, Crocket White Bull, Robert Brewer, Narcisse Red Kettle, Kevin Lance, and Travis DeSersa.
