The Chadron High boys and girls basketball teams got a chance to shake the rust off on Monday as they swept Bayard in a double header of jamboree games. The games are meant purely as scrimmages and don’t count towards the regular season.
The Chadron girls got the 43-35 win while the Cardinal boys won going away 56-35.
Chadron opens the season next Thursday at the Western Conference Tournament.
