Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon has ordered state and American flags to fly at half-staff through sunset next Tuesday, Jan 10, in honor of former Wyoming Supreme Court Justice Richard Macy.
       Macy served on the state’s highest court for 15 years, from 1985 until his retirement in 2000, and was Chief Justice from 1992 through 1994.
Justice Macy’s funeral and burial are next Tuesday.
