Larry Ray Clements Sr “Cetan Kinyan” was born on November 9, 1971 in Pine Ridge, SD to Ray Cordova and Lorna Clifford. Larry made his journey to the Spirit World on July 24, 2021 at the Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD.
Larry is survived by his father, James Clements Sr of Crawford, NE; children, Daniel Clements of Mitchell, SD, Larry Clements Jr of Pine Ridge, SD, Maliyah Clements of Mitchell, SD, and Jordan and Emmy Clements both of Pine Ridge, SD; grandchildren, Emalia Black Elk, Ellie Spotted Thunder, Hoksila Clements, and Messiah Ferguson; siblings, James (Dennette) Clements of Rushville, NE, Robert Clements of Lawrence, KS, Casey Lopez of Pine Ridge, SD, Richie Thunder Hawk of Denver, CO, and Cinnamon Flying Hawk and Roberto Jacquez both of Sioux City, IA; and aunts & uncles, Mona Lisa Richards of Pine Ridge, SD, Molly Guevara of Beeville, TX, Millie Richards, Sonny Richards, and Arlene Brewer all of Pine Ridge, SD, Melvin (Carol) Clifford of Sioux City, SD, Karen Nelson of La Jolla, CA, Doris Thiebeault of Rushville, NE, and Pattie (Richard) Shangreaux of Pine Ridge, SD.
Larry was preceded in death by his mother, Lorna Clifford; biological father, Ray Cordova; maternal grandparents, Daniel & Edith (Pourier) Clifford; paternal grandparents, Warfield and Katherine (Flying Hawk) Richards; and aunts & uncles, Rita Siderits, Daniel Clifford, Sr., Myrna DuBray, Joann Clifford, Larry J. Clifford, Margaret Mary Clifford, Benjamin Richards, and Sylvia “Dolly” Flying Hawk.
