Funeral services for 35-year old Lyle Truman Sutton Jr are 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the Messiah Episcopal Church in Wounded Knee, SD, with The Rev Harold Eagle Bull officiating.
Burial is at the church cemetery.
A two-night wake service starts Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 2:00, also at Messiah Episcopal Church in Wounded Knee.
Lyle Truman Sutton Jr was born on June 4, 1986 in Rapid City, SD to Lyle Sutton Sr and Delilah White Dress. Lyle Jr made his journey to the Spirit World on September 23, 2021 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Lyle is survived by his mother, Delilah White Dress; father, Lyle Sutton Sr; and siblings, Zandra Running Bear, Jessie Sutton, Eva Sutton, JoAnn Sutton, Grace Two Hawk, Rayenne Sutton, Nikita Sutton, Christopher White Dress, and Edward Two Hawk.
Lyle was preceded in death by his sister, Angela Sutton; grandparents, Mary & Jim Sutton; and son, Isiah Ponca
Pallbearers will be Trey Walking, Emily Iron Horse, Tildon Porcupine, Nicholas King, Ferrell Thunder Hawk, James King, Christopher Sutton, and Christopher White Dress.
